Jurisdictional Issues: This Agreement is governed by in accordance with Canadian Federal and Provincial laws. Any dispute arising out of RBM’s web site or these Terms of Use shall be governed by laws of the Province of British Columbia Canada. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and shall not be modified except in a writing signed by both parties.
